Digital downloads
If you ordered a download product, you will not receive an item in the post. After placing your order, you should receive an email from us, confirming your order and payment, and containing a link to the items you ordered. If you do not receive this email within a few minutes, please check your Spam/junk folder. If you still can't find your file, please contact us for assistance.
Refunds are not available on digital downloads, in accordance with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
However, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase - if you realise, for example, that you ordered the piano version when you really wanted the leadsheet, we are normally happy to provide the item you wanted at no additional charge.
If you are not fully satisfied with your item, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Printed music
Printed music is usually dispatched by Royal Mail within 24 hours or ordering.
Printed items available include new and vintage items in variable condition - please read the product description carefully.
Refunds may be offered on physical items, in the event of a product being faulty, or our service falling short of our normal high standards.
